We pride ourselves on providing high quality service and ensuring you are satisfied with your order. Our return policy is listed below.
We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Once the return request is made, remember that you have 7 days to ship the return. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange and/or return. For returns in Italy, €8.90 will be deducted from the refund. The collection of the package to be returned or exchanged will be done at home. For exchanges in Italy a cost of €10 will be charged.
In case of orders with “SCALAPAY” or “KLARNA” payment, 5% of the returned amount will be deducted from the refund.
In the event of a total or partial return when free shipping was used during the purchase phase, THRILLER SHOP reserves the right to request the outbound shipping costs if the total order is equal to zero or less than the amount established for receiving the "FREE" shipping.
The return request must reach thriller shop within 72 hours of receiving the order, while the maximum time for returning the goods is 15 days from the time of the order (any delays in delivery by the couriers will be added to the 15 days for the return)
Before closing the return package, please include a piece of paper with your order number and your name inside the package so that we can identify it. Please note that if the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will refund you. Click on the link and follow the instructions
Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email and looks something like this #00000) and email.
The deadline for refund/exchange can vary from 2 to 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we have verified the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returns must be sent in the same condition in which they were received. The original packaging and order number must be included. If the items are received in poor condition, the refund will not be made. We will be very strict regarding the condition of the items (makeup stains, perfumes, etc.).
For orders outside the European Community, the package must have customs paid, we will deduct from the refund any additional customs charges that the package may have upon arrival.
Once the quality control has passed, we will refund/exchange the returned item.
Please note that THRILLER SHOP reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
If you receive an incorrect order or a defective product, we ask you to contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following email address, indicating the error or defect, together with your personal data: info@thrillershop.it or via whatsapp or on our social channels.
